It definitely takes patience but my doctor told me that the only thing I could take for the ugly yellow toenail was pills and those would take 2-3 months so I was prepared for it to take a while to work. I started noticing results in just a week or two of using V20 but I stayed with it until the effected part of the toenail had grown out before stopping it.
