It's a skin disease marked by red, itchy, scaly patches. I tried several shampoo's recommended by barbers and pharmacologist but to no avail. Finally I went to see a dermatologist. He prescribed 'Dermovate lotion', not available at Amazon.com.That lotion cured me of the psoriasis but this would only be temporarily if not followed up by a special shampoo. The dermatologist told me that 'Kerium' would do the job. I use it for more than ten years now and the psoriasis never showed up again. (Those familiar with the disease know how easy it can return). P.S.
